About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Project Manager/Senior Designer to join our team at Interior Talent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating design concepts into meticulous construction documents, ensuring quality control and compliance with codes and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage commercial interior design projects from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Lead a team of designers and project coordinators to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
  • Manage project budgets, scopes, and deadlines, and uphold commitments
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in interior design or a related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in interior design, preferably in commercial projects
  • Strong commercial drawing skills and ability to creatively solve interior design issues
  • Proficient in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite
  • NCIDQ certification or in pursuit
  • Experience in project management and team leadership
  • Excellent verbal, graphic, and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
