Job Summary

As a Ready Mix Driver at CEMEX, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to various construction sites. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to construction sites
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the truck, including pre- and post-trip inspections
  • Communicate with customers and colleagues to ensure timely and accurate delivery of concrete
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the truck and surrounding area
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL A or B)
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Acceptable CSA
  • MVR - No DUI's or DWI's in the last 5 years, no more than 3 moving violations in the previous 3 years
  • High School diploma, preferred
Working Conditions

This role requires continuous exposure to extreme heat, extreme cold, extreme noise, and working outdoors. Must wear protective equipment while at the location.
