TOCA USA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Baseball Training Manager to lead our Baseball and Softball Training experience at the TOCA Training Facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baseball and softball, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to create a welcoming and engaging environment for players, parents, and staff.

Role Overview

The Baseball Training Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of training programs, building relationships with clients and community organizations, and maintaining a clean and organized facility. This role requires a strong understanding of the local baseball and softball community, excellent organizational and scheduling abilities, and the ability to work cooperatively with different personality types.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of training programs for players of all skill levels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, community organizations, and local baseball teams and coaches.
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility, ensuring that it is well-maintained and visually appealing.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise baseball trainers.
  • Provide ongoing support, feedback, and professional development opportunities to staff.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent experience.
  • College or Professional playing or coaching experience required.
  • Previous experience providing individualized, private training is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities.
  • Availability for full-time work including weekends and holidays.
