We're looking for a talented Solutions Engineer to join our team and drive technical sales excellence. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll design proofs of concepts, present product demos, and advance the sales process.

Job Description
  1. Drive new business growth by partnering with Account Executives throughout the sales process
  2. Conduct technical demos of Paragon to showcase product value in customer contexts
  3. Lead discovery processes to identify customer pain points and objectives
  4. Guide technical proofs of concepts to validate Paragon as a solution
  5. Owning all technical aspects of the sales cycle, including responding to technical questions and delivering product briefings
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in Technical Sales Roles, selling developer-facing products to mid-market and/or enterprise customers
  • Strong background in software development, ideally in JavaScript, with expertise in web application and API architecture
  • Outstanding sales performance, consistently exceeding quota and ranking among top performers
  • Effective communication skills, conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Customer-focused mindset, anticipating needs and delivering exceptional experiences
