Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence
  • Develop financial models for ESOP transactions
  • Engage in client discussions and due diligence processes
  • Analyze market data relevant to transactions
  • Design client presentations and supporting documentation

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting
  • A minimum of 3 years in financial advisory roles
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Desirable:

  • CFA, CPA, or similar professional certification
