Responsibilities:
  • Perform general maintenance tasks such as drywall repair, wall vinyl installation, painting, and basic plumbing work.
  • Maintain and repair pool equipment and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
  • Clean and maintain floors and common areas to a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Troubleshoot and repair minor issues with kitchen equipment.
  • Handle basic lighting and electrical repairs as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in general maintenance.
  • Proficiency in drywall, wall vinyl, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, floor cleaning, kitchen equipment repair, basic lighting, and electrical skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with HVAC systems.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.
  • ServSafe food safety certification.
