Licensed Property Manager

PURE Property Management is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee all aspects of property operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential property management and be able to effectively manage and coordinate persons, activities, and available resources to achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and applicable state statutes.
- Monitor delinquency status of monthly rents and communicate with owners as necessary.
- Send demand letters, issue notices, and initiate eviction actions to follow up on delinquent rents.
- Communicate with maintenance team members and keep owners informed of maintenance activities.
- Participate in application approval process and assist owners with questions/explanations concerning financial statements.
- Maintain records of management activity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Physically inspect properties as needed or when situations dictate.
Requirements:
- Real Estate License in SC
- Residential property management experience
- Valid SC Driver's License
