Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced statistical and machine learning models to drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven growth and innovation.
- Develop and maintain complex data pipelines, ensuring high-quality data for analysis and modeling.
- Conduct research and prototyping to stay up-to-date with the latest AI and ML trends and technologies.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in developing predictive models using statistical/ML/DL algorithms.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, R, and SQL (Snowflake preferred).
- Strong skills in data structures and ML algorithms, with experience in end-to-end data science pipelines.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of machine learning, probability theory, statistics, and algorithms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in deep learning, NLP, image processing, or recommender systems.
- Good grasp of databases, including RDBMS, NoSQL, and MongoDB.
What We Offer
Fractal provides a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and professional development. We offer a competitive salary range of $81,000 - $150,000 USD, plus a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
