Job Summary

We are seeking a talented professional Sous Chef to lead our kitchen staff at our award-winning restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expediting, hiring and discipline, leading by example, butchery, filing invoices, and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Expediting and kitchen operations management
  • Hiring and discipline of kitchen staff
  • Leading by example and maintaining a positive kitchen culture
  • Butchery and food preparation
  • Filing invoices and maintaining kitchen records
  • Maintaining safety standards and adhering to health codes
