Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented professional Sous Chef to lead our kitchen staff at our award-winning restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expediting, hiring and discipline, leading by example, butchery, filing invoices, and maintaining safety standards.
Responsibilities- Expediting and kitchen operations management
- Hiring and discipline of kitchen staff
- Leading by example and maintaining a positive kitchen culture
- Butchery and food preparation
- Filing invoices and maintaining kitchen records
- Maintaining safety standards and adhering to health codes
