Job Title: Chef de Cuisine

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen team and help us set a high standard of excellence. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing all kitchen activities, including staff management, inventory control, and menu planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and motivate a team of skilled chefs to deliver exceptional service and high-quality dishes.
  • Inventory Control: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and purchasing, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet our culinary standards.
  • Menu Planning: Work closely with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas that showcase our commitment to global cuisine.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our general manager to create a positive and productive work environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Culinary Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Culinary Education: Culinary school training or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve exceptional results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with our culinary team, general manager, and other stakeholders.
