Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Aspire Indiana Health, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive nursing services to clients in office and community-based settings.
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and address the physical and behavioral health needs of clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide education to clients and their families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate's degree from a two-year accredited nursing program.
  • Minimum of one year of supervised experience in a mental health/psychiatric setting.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Indiana.
  • Ability to empathize and be compassionate to client needs.
  • Ability to respond appropriately and effectively in crisis situations.
