Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement product quality standards and review processes across North America to ensure all products adhere to Uline's quality standards.
  • Analyze customer comments and product returns to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with product managers, purchasing vendors, and warehouse team to identify and resolve quality concerns.
  • Work with the quality control team on return negotiations, customer data analysis, and continuous supply chain improvement.
  • Build effective relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and internal contacts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of quality assurance or vendor management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with relentless attention to detail.
  • Available for travel to Uline's North American locations.
