We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supplier Quality Specialist to join our team at Uline. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement product quality standards and review processes across North America to ensure all products adhere to Uline's quality standards.
- Analyze customer comments and product returns to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers, purchasing vendors, and warehouse team to identify and resolve quality concerns.
- Work with the quality control team on return negotiations, customer data analysis, and continuous supply chain improvement.
- Build effective relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and internal contacts.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of quality assurance or vendor management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with relentless attention to detail.
- Available for travel to Uline's North American locations.
