We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our dynamic orthopedic and spine clinic. This role is essential in providing high-quality imaging services in a busy practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a high volume of X-ray examinations in collaboration with a team of professionals.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety by explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
  • Adhere to ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure for patients and staff.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of images to meet established standards.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot radiology equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Stay updated on legal and professional requirements, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Foster a clean and safe working environment by following established protocols.
  • Enhance patient cooperation through effective communication and support.

Position Requirements:
  • Valid ARRT/ADHS AZ licensure.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Proficient knowledge of radiographic procedures and protocols.
  • Understanding of anatomy and physiology relevant to imaging.
  • Ability to position patients accurately and safely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills related to equipment issues.
  • Exceptional customer service and teamwork abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, and assist patients throughout the shift.
