About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. IT Business Analyst, Commercial to join our team at Church & Dwight. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in advancing our capabilities by converting business needs into IT-based solution requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business-facing solution delivery, with experience in the design, delivery, and support of Sales and/or Marketing technology solutions. You will be responsible for leading the analysis effort on complex projects, working with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business needs analysis and define solution requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
  • Analyze and evaluate current processes to propose improved business processes
  • Participate in test planning and use case development activities
  • Provide advanced solution support and training
  • Liaise between business users and IT counterparts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • 8+ years' experience in business-facing solution delivery roles
  • 5+ years' experience in Sales and/or Marketing technology solutions
  • Experience with solution delivery life cycle processes
  • Experience in business process analysis/design and capability mapping
