Position Overview

We're seeking a creative, hands-on Operations Analyst to join our data and technology group. As an Operations Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining system data accuracy and providing analytical support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing analytical support to Operations and Information Technology.
  • Collecting and organizing information from various sources.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of system data.
  • Conducting interviews with employees and managers.
  • Identifying and solving problems in various fields or specialized areas.
  • Enhancing workflow and cross-departmental engagements.
  • Using statistical methods to analyze information and develop solutions to business problems.
  • Advising managers on findings and the various courses they can take to address the problem.
  • Writing memos and reports for managers to review the findings and recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • Two or more years of proven work experience as an Operations Analyst or similar role.
  • A degree in Information Technology (IT) or equivalent is preferred.
  • Mathematical skills to process complex calculations.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and support multiple teams effectively.
  • A valid U.S. Driver's license is required.
  • Work requires the ability to perform the following physical activities: walking, standing, stooping, bending, twisting, crawling, reaching, lifting, sitting, and squatting. Work may require walking, standing, sitting, and working in confined spaces or at high elevations for extended periods of time.

Additional Information

  • You must be able to successfully pass a government background investigation.
  • 8 hour shift work to include weekends with potential shifts to include: 0600 – 1400; 1400 – 2200; and 2200 – 0600.
