- In a high-pace and high-risk environment, we are seeking a skilled individual to provide support for our Chicago Wire Operations Team.
- Responsibilities include handling exceptions and repairs related to incoming and outgoing wires and SWIFT messages.
- The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and be extremely detail oriented with a willingness to learn and assist the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair incoming wires to post to appropriate accounts and general ledger.
- Monitor specific work queues and perform assigned functions related to the queues.
- Respond to inquiries regarding status of wires.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
