KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Production Manager with pre-event meetings and production requirements on the event day.

• Handle various tasks related to talent and production logistics.

• Maintain confidentiality, which is crucial for this position.

• Possess knowledge of touring or stage production operations.

• Coordinate and deliver refreshments to artists or talent.

• Ensure that stage and backstage areas are organized and free from clutter.

• Support other aspects of stage production, including managing guest lists and show passes.

• Execute opening, running, and closing duties in accordance with venue policies.

• Have familiarity with the local area to effectively locate restaurants, stores, and attractions.

• Uphold venue safety and sanitation standards.

• Stay informed about all music, promotional, or special events occurring at the venue.

• Exhibit exceptional knowledge of food and beverage services.

• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor.


QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, often loud and stressful environment.

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods, both indoors and outdoors.
