About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. As the Executive Assistant at Voltai, you will play a critical role in supporting our executive leadership team, ensuring seamless daily operations, and enabling our leaders to focus on driving innovation in the semiconductor industry. You'll handle a wide range of tasks, from managing schedules and coordinating meetings to preparing reports and facilitating communication across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the schedules of our executive team, ensuring efficient time management and minimizing conflicts.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports, to ensure our leaders are well-prepared and informed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining the trust and confidence of our leaders and stakeholders.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, to ensure our executives can attend meetings and events efficiently.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, providing administrative support to ensure their success and alignment with company goals.
  • Facilitate communication across teams, helping to maintain alignment and drive progress on key objectives, and ensuring our leaders are informed and prepared for upcoming commitments.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with a strong understanding of productivity tools and workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with rapid growth and change.

Compensation Philosophy

At Voltai, we believe that exceptional work deserves exceptional rewards. Our compensation structure reflects the value each team member brings to our pioneering efforts in the semiconductor and AI industries. For this role, we anticipate the starting annual base salary to be within the range of $110,000 to $160,000, adjusted according to the candidate's experience, expertise, and impact potential. The final offer may vary to ensure alignment with individual contributions and the long-term success of our mission.
