As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our software applications used for wire transfer, Swift messaging, Cash Management, Lending, Online Payments, RDC, and Mobile Payments systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure application server software to ensure seamless integration with our financial products.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance of installed application software to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with business users and software vendors to troubleshoot installation and implementation issues.
  • Work with system administrators, DBAs, and networking engineers to improve ongoing service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical knowledge of product specifications, operation, and diagnostics.
  • Organize, produce, and report on the progress of ongoing testing, trials, and evaluation of new products and services.
  • Conduct orientation to new users regarding applications of software.
  • Work with team members and management to architect and support high availability platforms and automate failover to disaster recovery locations.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years total IT experience.
  • 1-2 years of level 2 or above support experience in a fast-paced technical environment.
  • Experience with BMC Control-M, Axway Tumbleweed, Fortra Globalscape EFT, and Fortra Automate Schedule.
  • Scripting skills using perl, shell, cmd, PL/SQL, MS SQL, and python.
  • Excellent proficiency with Unix/Linux and Windows interfaces.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure is a plus.
  • Basic office skills such as word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with communication protocols such as FTP, SSH, and SSL.
  • SSL Public, Private key certificate knowledge, PGP, and Regular expressions are a plus.
  • Good troubleshooting skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Good documentation, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
