Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Educator to join our Education team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a Regional Educator, you will play a critical role in supporting our business growth by delivering education to our customers in the skincare industry.

Your primary goal will be to work closely with our Regional Managers and Business Development Representatives to develop and deliver customized education that meets the specific needs of each customer. You will travel within your region to conduct educational presentations and other events, creating an ideal adult learning environment to ensure information retention, customer loyalty, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training to plastic surgeons, dermatologists, aestheticians, RNs, PAs, and industry-related support staff
  • Travel to and/or facilitate virtually to conduct customized in-office, residency, or aesthetic school educational experiences
  • Work with each Business Development Representative and Regional Manager to set and accomplish specific business development goals for each account through education
  • Effectively communicate cross-functionally pre and post-seminar, on weekly conference calls, etc.
  • Mentor and develop licensed skin health professionals
  • Manage learner follow-up and related communication with the account's Business Development Representative, Regional Manager, and Sr. Dir. of Education

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Licensed aesthetician, nurse, or medical professional with a license in good standing
  • Valid driver's license and no travel limitations
  • Ability to travel short and long distances for extended periods of time
  • Reliable and responsible, with excellent attendance and consistently meeting/exceeding defined goals
  • Fluent English speaker, with fluency in other languages a plus
  • At least 5 years of hands-on practice and 2+ years of experience in a dedicated educator role (skincare-related education delivered to aesthetic and medical practices preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • PCA SKIN Certified Professional
  • Prior training, facilitation, and/or public speaking experience, with excellent presentation skills
  • Above-average knowledge in skin health, skin conditions, and familiarity with advanced modalities and treatments
  • Exceptional knowledge of skin disease pathways, ingredient benefits/mechanism of action, and formulations as a whole
  • Experience with aesthetic medical devices (e.g., IPL, LED, dermaplaning, microneedling, non-ablative and ablative lasers, etc.)
  • Comfortable with technology (e.g., Zoom, Google Suite, PowerPoint, etc.)

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 USD
  • Annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives (for Executive-level roles only)
