Position Overview

As a Spa Aesthetic Specialist at our esteemed hotel, your primary responsibility will be to greet guests in our spa environment while delivering outstanding spa treatments that align with the service excellence of an Auberge Spa.
  • Ensure the comfort and safety of guests throughout their treatments.
  • Maintain professional standards while providing personalized services tailored to each guest's needs.
  • Prepare treatment rooms according to client specifications.
  • Conduct necessary prep work and ensure rooms are cleaned and restocked as needed.
  • Offer massages for the neck, hands, and feet when appropriate, in accordance with the services rendered.
  • Keep work areas stocked with essential supplies and maintain cleanliness in all spa areas, including locker rooms.
  • Adhere to sanitation and sterilization standards as mandated by law and the spa's policies.
  • Report any incidents involving staff or guests that require management attention, including complaints or misconduct.
  • Actively promote spa services, treatments, and available programs or discounts.
  • Follow established protocols and procedures for all treatments.
  • Participate in ongoing training and staff meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid and current Esthetician License in the relevant state.
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in esthetics is preferred.
  • Additional certifications in specialized treatments are advantageous.
  • A willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing environments.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required by the department.
