Position Overview:
As a Skincare Specialist, you will provide exceptional waxing and skincare treatments to our esteemed guests.

Your responsibilities will include assessing guest needs, discussing contraindications, and evaluating the condition and appearance of skin, hair, or nails to ensure the appropriateness of the scheduled service.

You will also advise guests on suitable skin, hair, or nail care and recommend effective home care routines.

Additionally, you will promote and sell spa and salon services along with retail products, ensuring a seamless experience by escorting guests to and from treatment rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the workstation and treatment room with necessary products, equipment, and supplies to guarantee guest comfort and safety.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and equipment.
  • Adhere to the scheduled treatment times and manage any guest behavior issues by promptly informing a supervisor.
  • Stay updated with current licensure in your service area.
  • Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management and complete required safety training.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring a professional appearance and maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Engage with guests in a courteous manner, anticipating their needs and addressing any concerns.
  • Foster positive working relationships with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Comply with quality assurance standards and expectations.
  • Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a related field.
  • Supervisory Experience: Not required.

Required Qualifications:

  • License or Certification: Valid State Esthetician License.
