Position: Sales Engineer for Industrial Solutions

Location: Missouri

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission

Role Summary:

Our organization is seeking a dedicated Sales Engineer specializing in industrial solutions. We focus on providing efficient storage options and enhancing design and organization to optimize space utilization. This position involves engaging with military sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand our presence in the industrial sector by promoting our range of products, including Vertical Lift Modules (VLM), Pallet Racking, Push Back Racks, Lift Tables, Modular Offices, and various material handling solutions designed to enhance storage and inventory management.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with clients to assess, plan, and implement tailored storage solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to design and execute marketing initiatives aimed at boosting engagement across multiple sectors.
  • Align strategies across all divisions to foster business expansion.
  • Represent the company at networking events and educational sessions.
  • Document all leads and sales activities using our project management software.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, ensuring timely follow-up with key decision-makers.
  • Complete all necessary documentation for sold projects, including pre and post-project visuals and warranty information.
  • Regularly report on sales activities to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Analytical skills to provide solutions for clients and the organization.
  • Experience in cold calling and networking.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Self-driven with the capability to work independently to achieve objectives.
  • Ability to manage and follow up on numerous prospects and clients to maximize sales opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the industry is advantageous.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • At least five years of experience in business-to-business sales with a successful history.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
