Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our legal team as a Paralegal/Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will provide legal support to our core business operation, while also assisting with administrative duties.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and outside counsel. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings
  • Conduct legal research on various topics
  • Assist with the preparation and management of pending litigation and arbitration matters
  • Prepare and maintain legal files and databases, including document management and e-discovery
  • Monitor and track deadlines and appointments, and maintain the legal team's calendar
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and complete registrations for state contractor's licenses and state registrations
  • Provide administrative support to the C-Suite executives
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.
