Job Summary:

As a RN Case Manager at the University of New Mexico, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient care and ensuring quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure patient safety and medication administration

• Document patient progress and maintain communication with healthcare team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• 2 years of directly related experience preferred
• RN licensure in New Mexico or reciprocal agreement
• CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification
