Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing treatment plans, and ensuring quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care, including developing and implementing treatment plans
  • Manage patient flow, ensuring timely and efficient care
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, identifying patient needs and developing plans to address them
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of patient care management principles and practices
Working Conditions

This is a light work position, requiring occasional lifting and standing. The work environment is a hospital setting, with minor hazards present.
