About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building customer relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth within a protected territory.
  • Building strong relationships with potential and existing customers through face-to-face interactions and regular follow-up communications.
  • Managing a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales quota of 6 rental dish machines with companion products each period.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license is required for frequent travel to customer sites.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive sales growth.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the foodservice industry.
