Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Professional Development Coordinator to join our Corporate Development team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Professional Development & Training team, assisting with the planning and implementation of training programs for our attorneys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of training camps and retreats
  • Assist with the implementation of workshops and other attorney training programs
  • Manage training program logistics, including scheduling, presenter coordination, and materials distribution
  • Participate in the design of training programs and assist with the preparation of training materials
  • Provide on-site support for training programs in our New York and Boston offices
  • Maintain and update training charts, spreadsheets, calendars, and databases
  • Track program attendance and feedback ratings
  • Support the Corporate Training Committee, including scheduling meetings and distributing meeting materials
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
