We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our Technology Strategy and Enterprise Architecture organization, you will play a critical role in building out a new Business Outcome-Driven Enterprise Architecture practice aligned with our business objectives.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a technically-minded individual with a strong track record of success in uncertain environments. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to drive execution and deliver outcomes within our EA function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and thought leadership on Enterprise Architecture best practices, solution architecture, and business outcome-focused technology adoption.
  • Lead workstreams related to the buildout, maturation, and running of the enterprise architecture function, including Enterprise Architecture tooling like LeanIX.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all data-related activities.
  • Be a consultant to senior management and stakeholders to garner insights related to application rationalization, reduction of risk or technical debt, and the evolution of technology adoption over time.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the EA practice.
  • Provide data-driven insights to help shape business strategies and optimize technology investments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with operating within IT or similar function, and within a complex organization.
  • Focus areas must include one or more of the following areas: Enterprise Architecture, technology innovation, technology strategy, technology or solution architecture.
  • 3+ years operating within a Business Outcome-Driven Enterprise Architecture practice with the focus of enabling business outcomes.
  • Experience building Business Capability and Business Process Models in support of the Enterprise Architecture practice.
  • Experience working with Enterprise Architecture tooling (applications) to support the EA function. Experience with LeanIX preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies, with expertise in defining and implementing scalable and secure technology solutions.
  • Experience working in a global and multi-cultural environment, with the ability to navigate and influence different regions and business units.
  • Experience working across business silos to gain support of a new process or function that resulted in a fruitful partnership (consensus leadership).
