Job Title: Enterprise Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our organization as an Enterprise Architect. This role will play a critical part in building out a new Business Outcome-Driven Enterprise Architecture practice that is aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide guidance and thought leadership for the company in the areas of Enterprise Architecture best practice, solution architecture best practice, and business outcome-focused technology adoption.

* Lead workstreams related to the buildout, maturation and running of the enterprise architecture function including Enterprise Architecture tooling like LeanIX.

* Provide stewardship of architectural frameworks and guiding principles to guide technology decision-making and ensure interoperability, scalability, and security across our systems and platforms.

* Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all data-related activities.

* Be a consultant to senior management and stakeholders to garner insights related to application rationalization, reduction of risk or technical debt and the evolution of technology adoption over time and present your findings and recommendations to leadership.

* Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the EA practice.

* Provide data-driven insights to help shape business strategies and optimize technology investments.

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience

* A minimum of 10 years of experience with operating within IT or similar function, and within a complex organization. Focus areas must include one or more of the following areas: Enterprise Architecture, technology innovation, technology strategy, technology or solution architecture.

* 3+ years operating within a Business Outcome-Driven Enterprise Architecture practice with the focus of enabling business outcomes.

* Experience building Business Capability and Business Process Models in support of the Enterprise Architecture practice.

* Experience working with Enterprise Architecture tooling (applications) to support the EA function. Experience with LeanIX preferred.
