Outbound Sales Representative

About the Role:
HungerRush is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base by promoting and selling our Menufy Online Ordering platform to restaurants across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to restaurants nationwide, presenting the value of Menufy's digital ordering solutions.
- Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients to ensure consistent business growth.
- Clearly communicate Menufy's value proposition, customizing your pitch to meet the specific needs of each prospect.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Use Salesforce CRM to manage the sales pipeline and track client communications.
- Establish strong relationships with prospective clients through consistent communication and engagement throughout the sales and onboarding processes.
- Understand client needs, recommend tailored solutions, and document them to ensure effective implementation.
- Continuously improve sales performance by staying up to date on product offerings, industry trends, and best practices.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and adjust outreach strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in inside or outside sales, preferably within the tech or restaurant industry.
- Proven success in cold calling and lead generation.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and objection-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, with a hunter mentality.
What We Offer:
HungerRush offers a competitive compensation package, including an OTE of $90,000+ (uncapped variable) and a $45,000 base salary. This is a remote role, and we are open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
