Electrical Sales Professional

As a PNP Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in strengthening our relationships with small-to-medium sized contractors and providing them with the resources they need to grow their business.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with our PNP Program Manager, Area Branch Counter Manager, and Counter Sales Writers to identify and grow small-to-medium sized contractors with growth potential.
- Build strong relationships with these customers by listening to their needs, helping them set goals, and providing them with direct access to Capital Electric resources.
- Strengthen customer relationships to make them feel valued and supported.
- Increase year-over-year sales, gross margin, and gross margin percentage for these customers.
- 5+ years of counter sales or related experience selling electrical products.
- Knowledge of electrical products features and benefits.
- Passion for the electrical products industry and electrical distribution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work within a team environment and independently manage your time.
- Proficient in Eclipse and Microsoft Office applications.
- Must have a reliable automobile and be willing to travel between Area Branches.
