We are seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Rumford Community Home. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient care, and a passion for working with geriatric residents.

Job Summary: As a part-time RN in our Long-Term Care facility, you will provide professional nursing services to residents, ensuring their needs are met through ongoing assessments. You will develop individualized direct resident care plans, manage medications, and work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
* Provide direct resident care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities
* Develop and implement individualized care plans based on resident assessments and medical histories
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Monitor resident progress, identify potential health risks, and report concerns to supervisors
* Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality programs to enhance resident outcomes

Requirements:
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
* Current Registered Nurse License in the state of Maine
* American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification
* Strong clinical skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records
