We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Rumford Hospital team on a per diem basis.

The ideal candidate will provide direct and indirect patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or physician, ensuring the highest level of comfort and support for patients.

About the Position:
  • This is a flexible per diem position that allows for varied scheduling opportunities.
  • As a CNA, you will assist patients with activities of daily living, provide personal care, and offer emotional support in a compassionate and professional manner.

In addition to providing exceptional patient care, you will also be responsible for communicating effectively with healthcare providers and team members to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the State of Maine required
  • Active registration on the State of Maine CNA registry required
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS within 6 months of hire preferred
  • 1 year of continuous CNA experience preferred
  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred
