Nurse Residency Program Coordinator

Troy Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a skilled nursing facility seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities
Collect and record vital signs and health information from new residents.
Administer medications and injections as needed.
Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed.
Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
Requirements
Valid NY State LPN license.
Must be in good standing with State Registry.
Ability to work as a team member.
