Nurse ECC Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Schenectady Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert nursing care and advice to residents and their families
- Monitor residents and administer medication and treatments as needed
- Document resident care services and maintain accurate records
- Protect residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
- Resolve resident problems and needs through multidisciplinary team strategies
- Maintain resident confidence by keeping information confidential
- Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Solid computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
