Job Title: Automotive Service Manager

Job Summary:

Hanania Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Manager to lead our Service Department forward. As an Automotive Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with our customers by providing exceptional hospitality, ensuring their satisfaction, and managing the repair process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure every customer entering our facility is treated with the highest level of respect and hospitality.
  • Present repair solutions to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Effectively manage the workflow of the store.
  • Consistently and honestly sell our services while maintaining integrity.
  • Foster a positive attitude and promote a team atmosphere.
  • Communicate professionally to establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Prepare monthly and annual business goals.
  • Represent the organization with honesty and integrity.
  • Direct, coordinate, and participate in customer service activities.
  • Ensure all work is performed according to specifications.
  • Assist other employees as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Manage and hire technicians and service advisors.
  • Train service advisors and other support staff.
  • Supervise and direct employees.
Requirements:
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience in managing and hiring technicians and service advisors.
  • Training experience for service advisors and other support staff.
  • Effective marketing of existing and potential customers through software.
  • Proficiency in managing data and trends using industry-specific software (ADP).
  • Ability to document, implement, and manage processes related to reception, shop flow, active delivery, warranty processing, CSI maximization, retention, and shop safety.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test).
Education & Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalence required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in the Automotive Industry.
  • Experience in managing and hiring technicians and service advisors.
  • Training experience for service advisors and other support staff.
