Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at DARCARS Automotive Group. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles, utilizing your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake services
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with engines, transmissions, and other vehicle systems
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician, with a strong background in Chrysler factory training
  • ASE certification or equivalent, with a focus on engine repair, transmission, and electrical systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
