Position Overview

Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire claims process from initiation to resolution
  • Deliver outstanding customer support
  • Advise clients on treatment options and coverage details
  • Track and report on the status of claims
  • Work closely with veterinary clinics and clients to ensure prompt communication
  • Maintain precision and effectiveness in all operational procedures
  • Identify and address challenges beyond the claims scope
  • Perform additional tasks as required
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years in Insurance Claims or a related domain
  • Valid Claims Adjuster License issued by the state
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and emerging technologies
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong commitment to excellence and teamwork
  • Resourceful in problem-solving
  • Preferred: Property and Casualty License, Veterinary Technician Certification
