Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Brand Strategist to spearhead marketing efforts aimed at elevating brand recognition, value, and market penetration within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to design and implement marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive sales growth. Your responsibilities will include budget management, sales forecasting, and performance assessment through KPIs and ROI analysis.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business with a focus on Marketing
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a brand management role, preferably in an agency environment
- Experience with both start-ups and established mass-market brands in the CPG sector
Essential Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, including advertising, market research, consumer insights, and analytics
- Demonstrated success in organizations known for exceptional products and services
- Strong team and culture development skills, including effective leadership and communication
- Ability to collaborate and influence across various internal and external teams
- Exceptional organizational skills, prioritization, project management expertise, and financial acumen
- Comprehensive understanding of Search Engine Marketing, SEO, and Digital Marketing strategies
- Familiarity with Amazon E-commerce platforms and their algorithms
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, MS Office, Amazon Seller Central, Gantt Charts, and Project Management Software
- Knowledge of FDA regulations regarding packaging is advantageous
