**Job Summary**

Crisis Residential Specialist (Children Services) provides therapeutic support in a short-term residential setting for clients in psychiatric crisis. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of medications and medical terminology, mental health issues, and crisis theory.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Monitor and provide therapeutic support to clients in a short-term residential setting
  • Develop and implement crisis stabilization plans for each client
  • Provide service to children with varying needs, difficulties, levels of ability, and demands in a quick-paced environment

**Requirements**

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • MRHT1 or provisional licensure
  • Experience working with clients who have mental illness

**Benefits**
