We are seeking a skilled Crisis Residential Specialist to join our team at Community Health and Counseling Services. As a Crisis Residential Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing therapeutic support in a short-term residential setting for clients who are in psychiatric crisis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and provide therapeutic support to clients in a short-term residential setting
  • Develop and implement individualized crisis stabilization plans
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of medications and medical terminology, mental health issues, and crisis theory
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
