Fallon Health is a leading healthcare provider seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative for Senior Care Services, you will play a critical role in promoting our innovative PACE program to seniors and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, community organizations, and senior service providers.
- Conduct presentations and workshops to educate seniors and their families about the benefits of our PACE program.
- Meet with seniors and their families in their homes to discuss their care needs and provide information about our program.
- Work collaboratively with our enrollment team to ensure a smooth transition of referrals into our program.
- Track and report on sales activities and referrals in our CRM system.
- 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare or group insurance.
- Proven track record of success in sales, lead generation, and customer service.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance products is a plus.
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation.
