Job Opportunity

Bright Minds Inc. is a licensed provider of High-Impact Tutoring (HIT) services through the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) for the current school year.

Our REAL (Racial Equity in Academic Learning) HIT program offers individualized academic programs in high-priority DC schools, in partnership with the Huntington Learning Center, a leading tutoring company.

We are seeking passionate teachers to work with students in 2nd-8th grade, providing 2-3 hours of instruction per day, in a 4:1 student-to-teacher ratio.

Teachers will use proven, individualized academic programs, working closely with reading specialists at our partner schools to identify student needs and develop targeted programs.

The goal of the program is to help students achieve grade-level proficiency in reading and math, with a focus on reading comprehension and fluency.

We offer a flexible schedule, with the option to adjust availability as needed, and a competitive compensation package.
