Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a self-contained classroom for students with high-level special needs, alongside assistant teachers.
  • Design and implement instructional programs aligned with the school's curriculum (ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Social-Emotional Learning) that meet individual IEP goals and adhere to Common Core Standards.
  • Administer and modify assessments to track student progress.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student development across various program areas.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range: $57,500 - $88,500/Year, based on qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will receive an annual contract, with renewal contingent on performance evaluations. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, childcare options, and opportunities for staff engagement and wellness activities.
