Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Penn Community Bank, you will play a vital role in promoting a positive image of the Bank by providing exceptional customer service and promoting Bank products and services. You will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, while also assisting customers with complex customer service issues and questions.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required forms are completed properly.
* Assist customers with complex customer service issues and questions, coordinate with all areas of the organization to provide timely resolution to all customer requests.
* Promote a positive image of the Bank by identifying customer financial needs and proactively recommending appropriate Bank products and services.
* Open personal and business accounts using a Bank computer system and other related third party systems.
* Participate in new customer relationship onboarding calls and prescribed network wide outbound call campaigns.
* Organize work to facilitate a timely and accurate balancing of transactions at the end of the day while maintaining appropriate cash levels.
Requirements
* High School diploma or equivalent required.
* Previous banking experience preferred.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to interact well with Team Members and customers.
* Strong attention to details and accuracy.
* Basic computer skills.
* Ability to multi-task and remain organized.
Working Conditions
* Traditional office environment with no unusual work conditions.
* The branch maintains six day a week operations (Monday - Saturday) with operational hours depending on branch location.
* All branch Team Members are required to work a minimum of two (2) Saturdays per month.
