Job Overview

At Windermere Real Estate, we are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, marketing properties, and ensuring a seamless transaction process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property, determining clients' needs, and proposing suitable solutions.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Display and market real properties to potential buyers, assist sellers in promoting their properties to attract advantageous offers, and stay knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiate offers, and facilitate smooth transactions.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess outstanding people skills, a friendly and approachable personality, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Demonstrate a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation and sales, with a strong understanding of the real estate market and its trends.
  • Technical Skills: Possess basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office, as well as reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
