Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Yuba County Board of Education Financing Corporation. The successful candidate will provide support, consultation, and training to school site administrators, staff, and teachers in developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans for students with behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analysis assessments to identify the underlying causes of behavioral challenges
  • Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans to address the identified needs of students
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff on behavioral intervention strategies and techniques
  • Collaborate with school administrators and teachers to develop and implement escalation cycle management plans as needed
Requirements
  • A Master's degree from an accredited university is required
  • Certification as Board Certified Behavior Analyst by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required
  • Specialized training in managing assertive, aggressive, and/or non-compliant behavior is required
  • Experience working in a school setting is required
