This 9-week program is designed to give new nurses the flexibility to explore different areas of interest and ultimately find a fulfilling career path. The program combines work experience with learning opportunities that emphasize clinical and leadership skills, setting you up for success as a valuable member of our healthcare team.

Upon completion, you'll work with Nursing Recruitment to choose a permanent placement that suits your interests and goals.

To be eligible, you must hold a Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program and have less than 6-12 months of RN experience. Active New York State RN licensure in good standing is also required.

Individual salaries will be determined within a pay range of $37.00 - $40.70 per hour, considering factors such as market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable.

With multiple locations available, including Psychiatric Nursing, Wilmot Cancer Nursing Services, Cardiovascular Nursing, Medical Surgical Nursing, and Neuro/Musculoskeletal Nursing, you'll have the chance to explore various settings and find the best fit for your career aspirations.
