As a Financial Consultant Partner (FCP), you will be at the center of our operations, serving as a trusted ally to our Senior Financial Consultants (FC) and their clientele. Through your honed expertise, you will enhance both new and existing client relationships, identifying business development prospects while learning from your Senior FC throughout the process. You will contribute to the growth and management of a prestigious wealth management practice, delivering exceptional service, guidance, and relationship management. If you are a licensed financial professional passionate about wealth management and eager to develop under the mentorship of an experienced advisor, this role may be ideal for you.

What You Have

Required Qualifications:

  • A valid and active Series 7 license is mandatory (license may be obtained under a condition of employment through Branch Network Licensing Program)
  • A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license is required (license(s) may be obtained under a condition of employment)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize
  • Capability to identify new relationship development opportunities
  • Willingness to create, update, and deliver financial plans for practice clients in collaboration with your Senior Financial Consultant(s)
  • Ability to recognize and address client needs while managing expectations
  • Skill in building and maintaining strong cross-enterprise working relationships
  • Capability to become a Notary
  • Experience in updating and compiling client information using Schwab's internal customer relationship management (CRM) tool
  • Willingness to manage local events as necessary
